The Best Quilted Jacket Under $25

Wow. Just wow. Walmart does it again. At this time of the year, a lot of people are sharing outfits for all the holiday parties and events (me, included!). It feels like there are countless events and parties to dress up for, and trust me, I. Am. Here. For. It. I love dressing up, but what about the other 99% of the time that is everyday life and doesn’t require a cocktail dress and heels? The outfits I’m sharing today are for the everyday moments this season. These outfits are for running errands, dropping off holiday goodies at your kids school, traveling to see family, going on a walk to get some fresh air and take some deep breaths amidst the hustle and bustle, grocery shopping and all the things that make up real life.
Everywhere you look, someone is wearing a quilted jacket. They are undoubtedly trending this season. However, there aren’t many I’ve seen for under $25. Actually this may be the first one if I’m being honest. I love the fit of this jacket and absolutely adore the collar. I love a collar that stands up because it easily elevates any outfit. Another feature I like about this jacket is how it is a bit more fitted on the sides. It isn’t tight by any means, but it is flattering and add a beautiful feminine touch. Layers are everything during this time of the year, so being able to wear a shirt underneath a jacket is always a deal breaker for me. I am wearing this long sleeve shirt underneath and am perfectly comfortable. Can you believe my leggings are under $16?! They’re high-waisted and the fit is great! They don’t stretch out throughout the day and stay fitted on your waist.
