Hi, friends! I’m Mere, a mother to two little boys and wife to my best friend. We currently live in Maryland, but my heart is in Charleston!
I started this blog in 2019 as a creative outlet and I never would have imagined it would take me to where I am today. I am so grateful to use this space to share my favorite finds for your home, closet and lifestyle with bits of our personal life scattered in. Thank you for following along!
MERE’S STORY
H O W it all began
I was born and raised in Maryland and after college I went on to have a successful career in health care. In 2019 I created my Instagram account (at the time @preppykids) as a creative outlet to share children’s clothing and items that I love. I found so much joy in sharing my favorite products and helping others shop that in 2020 I took a leap of faith and quit my health care job to purse what is now meredithhudkins.com full-time.
Every morning I am beyond grateful to wake up and spend my time doing this job that I love, while also being at home with my family. I would never have imagined the wonderful, supportive friends that I’ve made along the way and the talented brands I’ve had the opportunity to work with. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being here, for making this dream a reality, and for your continuous support.
