Family Room Part 1
Hi Friends! I am so excited to start doing this with you all!!! I named this post Part 1 because so much of what we have purchased is actually back-ordered until January-April! Isn’t that insane? Oh, manufacturing delays! Seems like that’s the case with every retailer. You all have been asking every day to see the new place and so I figured I would just share progress now and I can share the final looks as things arrive! I do so many interiors collages and stepping into a new house as a blank canvas is a dream! Each room will have its own personality. I am looking to pull influence from a combination of my favorite inspirational styles including coastal, grand millennial and traditional. I want a casual yet polished look where we can be comfortable as a family. I am pulling pieces from several price points so that there is something for every person’s budget. I can’t wait to show you everything!
How do you shop the rooms? Click the photo you want to shop and I will link all the items in that photo!
One of the most special things about our family room is absolutely our custom painted chinoiserie/grand millennial floral panels. I was so excited when Elizabeth Alice Studio was willing to collaborate. If you don’t follow my insanely talented friend, here is her website and her IG. We worked together to design these panels and they are actually available now as prints! YES! You can have them in your home too!! Click here to see them!!
This burl wood coffee table is an absolute dreams and really makes the whole room. I have been drooling over it for over a year now and decided it was a must have! I ordered from one of my favorite retailers, Home with Hechart! If you haven’t visited them, you’re in for a treat!!
The chairs in the photo above were actually a Homegoods impulse buy from several years ago but I have linked a pretty alternative (that I actually prefer!!)
I am so excited to continue to share with you as we make this house our home! I hope you can feel inspired by the items I select and they might give you some inspiration for your own spaces!
Big hugs,
M
